A church enters a deeper spiritual journey and using servant leadership engages in a period of self study building on strengths of a church. Finding itself in the Biblical story, the church finds a Biblical passage of hope and spiritually discerns a vision and plan. The church then implements its plan of focused ministries.
This section has an introduction of Springs!, a presentation of the renewal initiative, testimonials, and information on a Springs initiative rooted in districts with individual churches and clusters of churches. There is also a description of the Springs Institute which is a shorter experience of leadership training in church renewal. Finally there is a training DVD and other resources for use in church renewal.
The new book Springs of Living Water, Christ-Centered Church Renewal with foreword by Richard Foster is described in a book flier and is available at Herald Press at 1 (800) 245-7894.
The other new resource, “The Gift of Dialogue” is a rendition of chapter three from the new book and is a monograph available through the Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership at 1 (317) 669-8050.
