The pre-conference workshop for the Renovare Regional Conference provides an outstanding opportunity to learn practical, proven methods that enable you to take God’s invitation of renewal back to your congregation. The workshop will include an overview of a seven fold renewal process, giving you a step-by-step means of developing a focused ministry in your church.

 

Participants will:

  • Explore how they can respond to God's invitation of spiritual renewal for their congregation.
  • Learn a seven stage process of renewal that builds on spiritual disciplines and uses servant leadership to grow a healthy church with an urgent Christ-centered mission.
  • Learn about forming a renewal team to facilitate spiritual renewal and encourage congregational involvement throughout the spiritual process.
  • Learn how to get their congregation involved in spiritual disciplines using specific tools, including a seasonal Discipline’s Folder, and other avenues such as preaching, dialogues in worship, small groups and classes.
  • Learn how the spiritual journey leads to new energy and understanding the life cycle of a church, build on its strengths and spiritually discern identity and vision.
  • Learn how to respond to God's call for the church to be in mission and how to lead spiritually focused ministries in the church
